The steel shell is made of Japanese nickel-plated steel, the cap is an anti-explosive cap, and the cap can be welded (15mm*6mm*0.15mm) aluminum electrode.

Technical requirements:
1. The workpiece surface is smooth, without burrs, stains, rust, etc.
2. The top cover is evenly electroplated.
3. The rubber ring is white.
4. The internal resistance of the cap is <15mΩ.
5. Laser spot welding cannot penetrate the aluminum sheet.
6. Welding fracture value: 1.0-1.5MPa.
7. Safety valve cracking value: 1.8-2.5MPa.
8. The rubber ring is evenly coated inside and outside, without pores.
