Project: 99% Corundum Boat with Front-End Hole
Material: 99% alumina, sintered at 1800°C for 40 hours.
Operating temperature: up to 1600°C.
Heating rate: It is recommended not to exceed 50°C every 10 minutes during heating.
Note: Since the material is alumina, avoid chemical reactions between the boat and any substances containing alumina during experiments.
Al₂O₃ > 99%, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, good temperature resistance.
Suitable for long-term use at 1600°C and short-term use up to 1800°C.
Good resistance to rapid temperature changes (thermal shock), not easy to crack.
Manufactured by slip casting, with high density.
