The thickness of PE base film is 12um, the thickness of ceramic coating is ~2um, and PVDF is coated on the surface of ceramic particles with a thickness of ~2um.
CCS+PCS is coated on the same side. This diaphragm is coated with CCS+PCS on one side. The ceramic coating improves the thermal shrinkage performance of the diaphragm and improves battery safety. The PVDF coating can make the positive electrode plate and the isolation film bonded together, improve the battery interface, and improve the battery hardness and cycle performance.
The melting point of PE Separator is ~140 ℃.
