PE film thickness is 12um, ceramic coating thickness is about 4um, PVDF coating is applied on the surface of ceramic particles, with a thickness of about 2um.

CCS+PCS are coated on the same side, and this separator is single-side coated with CCS+PCS.

The ceramic coating improves the thermal shrinkage performance of the separator, enhances battery safety; PVDF coating can bond the positive electrode sheet with the separator, improves battery interface, hardness, and cycling performance.

The melting point of PE separator is about 140°C.
