This product is specifically designed to isolate the heating and non-heating zones in tubular furnaces. Two are typically used per tube. Carved from high-temperature refractory material, it maintains a constant temperature of 1650°C and can withstand temperatures up to 1700°C.

This refractory insulation brick is manufactured according to ASTM standards. Its numerous, evenly distributed, microscopic closed pores ensure high bulk density while maintaining high high-temperature load resistance and excellent thermal conductivity. It exhibits key characteristics such as low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, low impurities, and high strength.
