1.A stands for alumina, L stands for LATP, and B stands for boehmite. The thickness of the PE base film is 7um, with a 2um boehmite ceramic coating on one side and a 1um oxide solid electrolyte LATP coating on the other side, which are coated on both sides of the PE base film. PVDF adhesive layer is added on both sides, 2um each
2. The advantages of this diaphragm are high adhesion of positive and negative pole pieces, high liquid retention, and high thermal shrinkage temperature. Compared with alumina, boehmite has a lower density. The same mass of AIOOH is coated with 25% more area than high-purity A1203; and the boehmite coating has high flatness and low internal resistance; high heat resistance temperature; good compatibility with organic solvents and good wettability; adding PVDF on both sides increases the adhesion with the positive and negative electrodes, and does not affect the ion conductivity effect. It can be used for wave-state lithium batteries, semi-solid lithium batteries, button batteries and soft-pack batteries, but not for pure solid-state batteries and sodium batteries. It is more stable when exposed to air, but it is best to operate in a dry room and store it sealed after use.
