Additional Notes:

1. LA133 water-based binder is an aqueous dispersion of acrylonitrile copolymer. It exhibits excellent thermal and electrochemical stability and is suitable for bonding various positive and negative electrode materials in lithium-ion batteries.
2. The LA binder dosage in the negative electrode slurry is 2-5%, and in the positive electrode slurry is 1.5-4% (the dosage can be increased appropriately for lithium iron phosphate).
3. Adhesive LA133 Molecular weight: 400,000-500,000 (Molecular weight data is for reference only and does not constitute a shipping inspection standard).
Notes
● LA133 adhesive has high viscosity. Dilute with deionized or distilled water and gently stir before use to facilitate dispersion.
● Adding PC or EC to the negative electrode slurry prepared with LA133 adhesive can increase the flexibility of the electrode and prevent edge curling and cracking of the membrane. The dosage should be approximately 5% of the total solvent volume.
● The maximum single-sided coating temperature for LA133 adhesive slurry is recommended to be below 80°C. Excessive oven temperatures may cause electrode curling and coating cracking.
● During the shelf life (one year from the date of production), the viscosity of LA adhesive products may increase with storage time. This is normal.
