1. Size: The diameter of this electrolyte sheet is ±0.1mm, which does not affect the assembly of button batteries. Users with high precision requirements for molds should be careful (for example, use in fixed-size molds)
2. Process: This product is a ceramic sheet, not a simple blank made of compacted powder.
3. Stability: This product is stable to air moisture and can be used in a conventional environment.
4. The electrolyte sheet has high hardness but high brittleness. Pay attention to the size and uniformity of the pressure applied when using it. It is a test of the assembly buckle technique. The sheet cannot be rolled. The lithium metal negative electrode is generally made of molten lithium or lithium sheet, and the contact surface with the electrolyte sheet is molten
5. Test ion conductivity: This product has been polished evenly, but it still needs simple polishing before use. The millimeter-level thickness can be polished to a smooth surface with 2000-grit sandpaper, and the 100-micron-level can be slightly polished with flocked gauze. Then spray gold on both sides to protect the side from spraying gold. Use a multimeter to test the resistance between two points on the same side. If it is between 1~10Q, the gold spraying is successful. Clamp both sides of the successfully gold-sprayed electrolyte sheet with a button test clip for EIS test.

6. Same as conventional liquid button battery, the battery sealing pressure needs to be adjusted by yourself, and slowly press until the edge of the button battery shell is slightly curved. The pressure used is less than that of conventional liquid button battery. (For reference only)
