This material is a dispersion of tetrafluoroethylene polymerized to a concentration of about 60% (by weight) of polytetrafluoroethylene solid content and stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It has outstanding heat resistance, cold resistance and abrasion resistance, as well as excellent electrical insulation, and is not affected by temperature and frequency. In addition, it has the characteristics of non-stickiness, non-absorption of water, and non-combustion. It is optimized for battery and capacitor products, and the slurry does not agglomerate, has good fluidity, stable quality, better pole piece forming effect, and is more conducive to production control.
