Applications: Widely used for stirring solutions in petroleum and biochemical laboratories, teaching and research, and analytical labs.

1. Shape Selection:
Type A (olive-shaped) is suitable for round-bottomed containers.
Type B (cylindrical with segments) is suitable for flat-bottomed containers.
Type C (straight cylindrical) is suitable for cylindrical containers with flat bottoms and internal indentations for low concentrations.

2. Length Selection:
Generally, the stir bar length should be 1/2 or 1/3 of the container’s outer diameter.

3. Diameter Selection:
The diameter should be determined based on the viscosity of the solution being stirred. For higher concentrations, a larger diameter is recommended.
