1.The corundum boat is made by slip casting or die casting, then sintered at 1800°C. Dimensions may have slight deviations.
2.Resistant to high temperatures up to 1600°C.
3.Before first use, bake in an oven at around 105°C for 120 minutes to remove moisture.
4.Heating and cooling rates should not be too fast:
5.Below 1200°C, temperature change should be less than 5°C per minute.
6.Above 1200°C, temperature change should be less than 4°C per minute.
Controlled cooling with electric temperature control is recommended.
7.Do not use blowtorches, acetylene torches, or alcohol lamps for direct heating to avoid uneven heating and cracking.
8.The corundum boat with a cover serves as a dust protector. The cover is not airtight—please take note.
