50 – 10000m²
The diaphragm produced by the wet biaxial stretching method has higher longitudinal and transverse strength due to biaxial stretching. It is currently mainly used for single-layer PE diaphragms.
- PP is relatively more resistant to high temperatures, while PE is relatively resistant to low temperatures;
- PP density is smaller than PE;
- PP melting point and closed-cell temperature are higher than PE;
- PP products are more brittle than PE;
- PE is more sensitive to environmental stress.
Main Parameters:
- Thickness: 16μm;
- Width: 115mm;
- Air permeability: 200s;
- Porosity: 44%;
- Heat shrinkage: 3% longitudinally, 1% transversely;
- Tensile strength: 1200kgf/cm² longitudinally, 1200kgf/cm² transversely.
